When you read the QR code printed on its surface, you are required to input a webpage address (technically called URL).
What happens when you input a URL, click the REGISTER button, and read it again?

After registering a URL, when someone reads it, a notification to redirect to the registered URL appears and opens the website registered by you earlier, as like as an ordinary QR code.
No matter who reads it on any device, the registered webpage is opens.
Shipping
Shipping will be made by post from Japan. The number of days required for arrival varies depending on the country. Some countries do not have air links to Japan, so shipping is by sea and may take several weeks.
